Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how Radium Consulting Services, LLC (“Radium Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through the public RadiumQR launch website at radiumqr.com. It does not yet describe the separate privacy practices that will apply inside the RadiumQR application after launch.

Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

When you request early access or contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, company, role, approximate team size, workflows of interest, and any message you provide.

Limited technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate reliability or security issues.

We may use limited first-party conversion measurement to understand whether visitors use the demo or request updates. It is designed not to include names, email addresses, company names, or message content.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage the early-access list, understand which product workflows matter to prospective users, improve the website and product, protect the site against abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through this launch form to create a RadiumQR account automatically.

Choices and communications

Submitting the early-access form is optional. Where consent is requested, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. You can also ask us to stop product communications or remove an early-access request.

Service providers

We may use service providers to host the website, validate anti-abuse challenges, store early-access requests, and send confirmation or notification email. Depending on which secure-form components are enabled, these providers may include GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Supabase, and Resend. They process information for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain early-access information only as long as reasonably needed for product-launch communications, relationship management, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to limit access and reduce misuse, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through this website, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Send requests to info@radium-consulting.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Children

The RadiumQR launch website is intended for business and workplace-safety audiences, not children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the early-access form.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the website and product develop. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to info@radium-consulting.com or directed by phone to +1 (814) 591-4028.
